Hi! I’m Kindra and I’m a stay-at-home mom, wife, and aspiring writer.
I went to school originally to be a social worker or counselor. After getting my associates degree I decided to switch gears and get my teaching degree. I did some substituting and paid tutoring for a little while, but then I started my family.
Family has always been my top priority. I may not be a picture-perfect example of a mother or wife, or have the patience I wish I did, but I do my best. I’ve put my dream of writing to the side while I figure out some things. Right now I’m at a time in my life when I still haven’t reconciled who I really am, but it’s time to start the journey. My goals are the driving force to shape the road ahead.
When I was little my nickname was “Sparky.” Lately I’ve been watching my husband and daughter develop ideas of what they would like their future to hold and I deeply feel that ideas and goals should be supported. Knowing my family would support anything I attempt as I would them, I have put my own ideas and goals into action with full acceptance. They fuel my spark.
I am not a seasoned writer, yet I will share with you my truths. Experiences in parenting, my journey into writing, and random thoughts along the way. Positive and negative.
